Olruggio and Qifrey WCS Buildbooks

As is tradition, I'm uploading both buildbooks for Olruggio and Qifrey here - these were put together on Canva and are quite long!! These could be condensed quite a bit but I didn't want to not include things to huzzah! Enjoy and I hope these can be of help to someone!
